Job description:
- Manage & oversee the performance of all paid-marketing channels, including: Google, Facebook Ads, ASA, TikTok (up-coming).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Strategy & Performance control, Product, Customer Success) to develop a concrete Digital Marketing plan based on in-depth customer understanding: maximize output performance with optimal budget.
- Be able to translate Marketing data into insights and key learnings and take corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Continuously review the quality of Digital Marketing Strategy to ensure existing KPIs are met and able to come up with key highlights & future learnings.
Job requirements:
- >3 years of experience with demonstrated ability in any of relevant positions: Marketing and Digital Performance.
- Understand the fundamental & differences between customer persona among various digital channels.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheet manipulation (Excel, Google Sheets & Slides).
- Kindly share your portfolio as a reference point.
- Sharp logical & analytical skills: be an advocate for data-driven marketing tactics.
- Strong time management skill to deliver tasks in a timely manner.
- Be passionate and proactively explore the evolving nature of digital world.
